Hello from the Eastside – Welcome Ivan from Maryland!

Please welcome Ivan, our newest Project Manager and Architectural Design. He traveled from the east coast to join us in the Midwest January 2022. He is originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina but grew up in the Washington D. C. metropolitan area. Ivan completed his undergrad at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and earned a Master of Architecture degree in Baltimore.

Ivan brings many skills to the Architect One team, including running his own residential design practice, before joining the team. In addition to running his own practice, he also owned and ran an automotive tuning business.

When asked what Ivan could bring to the AO team, he stated, “I brought along creative energy and an ability to listen to someone and hear exactly what they want. These endeavors honed my ability to bring someone’s vision to life in a way they always wanted, but never expected was possible.” Ivan resembles our goals to listen, design and inspire those around us.
