Auburn Hills Clubhouse and Management Office

The new owners of Auburn Hills are in the middle of a complete renaissance and the Clubhouse is their Crown Jewel. The new 5,400sf clubhouse will offer upgraded amenities for residences, including Work From Home spaces, and comfortable places to escape the summer heat or set up for the perfect pool party.

One of the features of the new building is creating accessible entry to the ground floor and connecting the two levels inside and outside of the building. Our team wanted to make it somewhere people wanted to be, so we did more to connect the two levels by opening second floor up to the bottom visually, to take advantage of the pool view.
