Onward Ottawa Legacy Square Groundbreaking

It was a “Ground Breaking” day for the new Onward Ottawa Legacy Square in Downtown Ottawa, Ks! Our team at Architect One was honored to work closely with the great citizens and business leaders of Ottawa, Kansas and Franklin County to design their new $4.3M downtown event pavilion!

The private funds for this exciting project were raised via the successful guidance of our friends at Opportunity Funding, LLC. This game-changing venue is happening due to the generosity of numerous private donors, including the major gift from Fashion Inc. as well as the enthusiastic leadership of the City of Ottawa Kansas Municipal Government, Ottawa Kansas Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Franklin County Development Council.

Numerous citizens, business leaders, and government employees worked diligently over the last two years to help bring consensus in their community that the time was right for the Legacy Plaza!

Stay tuned….we will be bringing you updates thru the spring and summer! Our friends at Loyd Builders are going to be busy constructing the new facility! The Plaza should be completed and ready for use by August 2019!
