When three local business – ActionCOACH, Bajillion Agency and MotoVike Films – had outgrown their office space on the southwest side of town, they found inspiration in a downtown industrial warehouse. The space provided unlimited possibilities. Inspired by the exposed bow string trusses, brick walls and open floor concept, Architect One developed a concept that celebrated the three organization’s creativity. The adaptive reuse project turned this former warehouse into a 12,000 square foot state-of-the-art office, including various sized conference rooms and a kitchen, equipped with an overhead door which opens to the large central space. Additionally, they have completed a 13,000 square foot tenant space on the lower level for future
organizations to occupy.
