Architect One’s relationship with Seward County Community College began in 2012 when we were commissioned to develop a master plan for their growing campus. Through a lengthy, in-depth discovery process, we identified challenges, opportunities, goals and priorities for both current and future programming within the institution. We engaged various members of the community, faculty, administration and student population to develop a best-laid plan for the long-term success of the school. Concepts were developed for both newly constructed facilities, as well as major renovations to existing structures. To date, we have completed construction on a state-of-the-art allied health facility and have a number of additional projects in the works. Our working relationship with SCCC is ongoing, as we continue to use effective master planning efforts to identify opportunities that will advance students’ educational experience for years to come.
