Our team at Architect One was tasked with finding a solution that allowed for the property to have a defined security entrance while providing needed spaces for their executive team, emergency call center and service and training center for all area linemen. This building now serves as the premier center for all Kansas Gas Services Northeast Kansas operations.
As part of a five year master plan for the Overland Park Service Center, our team completed a major addition and remodel of 30,000 square feet. Additionally, we constructed a 3,000 square foot storage building and a 500,000 square foot gas fueling station. The full range of projects were all completed within 3 years – a whole 2 years ahead of schedule.
