What was once a tired dental office, that desperately needed updates to the outdated finished and structure, is now home to BT & Co., Certified Public Accountants. When BT & Co. acquired and merged with CBIZ National Services, they commissioned Architect One to help repurpose a 60-year-old building, creating a welcoming and comfortable space for employee and clients.

The comprehensive renovation of this former dental facility included upgraded heating, cooling, plumbing and lighting systems throughout the two levels as we as interior upgrades to provide an efficient, well-lit and contemporary work environment. The exterior upgrades included new entries, windows, roofing, and other exterior finishes.
