Four-block long project that included the redesign of the walks & landscaping in the public right-of-way of Downtown Topeka to incorporate parks and art underwritten by 50+ donors, totaling more than $4,000,000 in work. The project was part of a larger Public-Private partnership between the Downtown Topeka Foundation and the City of Topeka that leveraged the city’s major infrastructure improvements, totaling more than $6,000,000, including utilities, road work, lights, etc with the Privately –funded enhancements for the first major renovation to the Downtown in more than 30 years.
